- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 1.5 tbsp flax seeds
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp melon seeds
- 1/3 cup peanut
- 1/3 cup roasted gram daal
- 60 grams milk powder
- Cocoa powder as required
- Drinking chocolate as required
- 1 cup oats
- Cardamom powder
Steps to make to make Protein powder
- Dry roast all ingredients 1 by 1 on low flame other than cocoa powder, milk powder and drinking chocolate
- Coursly grind in mixi jaar and sift it. Again grind and sift it. Do this for 2 to 3 times till fine powder. (Always use puls mode to grind. Otherwise it will relies oil.
- Add milk powder and mix it.
- Add some powder in another bowl and cocoa powder and drinking chocolate.
- In remaining you can keep as it is or can add cardamom powder.
- You have to store it in air tight container in refrigerator.
